Join our panel discussion at the GWO Workshop “Resisting Business-As-Usual”!

From February 22-23, we – Laura Dobusch (JKU Linz), Dide Van Eck (Utrecht School of Governance), Katharina Kreissl (JKU Linz), and I – are excited to host a hybrid workshop on “Resisting Business-As-Usual” at the JKU Linz, sponsored by Gender, Work & Organization. While the workshop promises vibrant discussions on burning dilemmas at the nexus between social justice and the climate crisis for accepted participants, you still have the opportunity to listen to our fantastic panel. Curious? Find more information here!

Resisting Business-As-Usual

Our workshop creates a space for conversations and potential collaborations to (start to) address the multiple ecological crises in connection to issues of social justice in work organizations. For this, we turn to feminist, more-than-human, indigenous, de-/postcolonial, and imaginary perspectives – and other voices at the margin – that can help us to analyze and fundamentally rethink the relations between work organizations and socio-ecological in/justices.

Join our panel discussion with Raki Ap, Maria Ehrnström-Fuentes, Seray Ergene & Martin Hultman!

As the workshop is taking place in a hybrid format, you still have the opportunity to virtually join the panel discussion with four amazing speakers on Feb 22 at 4.00 pm. Our speakers will give their input on the theme of “Organizing for Hope & Justice in Times of Socio-Ecological Crises” and discuss their critique and ideas.

If you want to virtually join this panel, please send an e-mail with the subject “GWO WS – Join Panel Discussion” to socioecologicalorganizing@gmail.com by Feb 20 at the latest.
