We are happy to announce that we will host the 4th OT Winter Workshop from February 6-8, 2024, at the University of Innsbruck. The OT Winter Workshop aims to advance research on organizational theory and further develop potential submissions to the journal “Organization Theory” (OT). The workshop will offer detailed coaching and hands-on feedback sessions as well as plenary sessions on crucial topics with regard to developing and writing theory with the members of the OT Editorial board.
After the last edition hosted in Oslo, we are excited to welcome the 4th OT Winter Workshop in the ‘capital of the Alps’ at the University of Innsbruck. At the OT workshop, you can expect to receive in-depth feedback in dedicated roundtable sessions and gain deeper insight into what it takes to publish in Organization Theory. As local hosts, we look forward to welcoming you at the SOWI campus and, once the hard work and bold theorizing are done, meeting familiar and new faces at a cozy Welcome Reception and the OT Dinner in the spectacular alpine scenery.
The submission deadline for an extended abstract (with a maximum of 1,000 words) is October 30, 2023, with a notification of acceptance by November 15, 2023. You can find the full call for papers here and the abstract upload here.
